The recent breakthrough in Bitcoin is characterized by both price and volume increases. The short-term trading volume is rising along with the price, which is a very positive signal. Currently, there is no sign of a downturn, and it may rise significantly before naturally pulling back to around the 115,000 support level, before extending the bullish trend. However, we need the MACD and trading volume to keep up. Bitcoin's trading volume has continued to decline, dropping 70% compared to last year and down 50% over the past few months this year. The trading volume is weakening, and there are noticeably fewer people speculating on coins. Currently, the price increase is not driven by strong buying pressure but rather by a lack of selling pressure, meaning that the sell orders are very small, and even a little buying can lift the price significantly. Trading is gradually becoming institutionalized, as institutions are long-term players who do not sell.
In the short term, Bitcoin's support is currently around 115,000. Overall, after a short-term pullback, it may continue to rise a bit, but don't expect too much of an increase. This time, the trading volume is significantly less than in previous waves, so reaching 125,000 would be quite good, unless the trading volume continues to expand.
Buy horizontal, buy dips, do not buy vertical; selling points are where the market is boiling.
Continuous small rises are true rises, continuous big pumps require exiting the market.
A sudden fall with no volume is a scare tactic, a gradual fall with higher trade volumes means to withdraw quickly.
A significant surge needs a pullback, do not dig deep pits, do not make large purchases.
Buy horizontal, buy the dip, don’t buy vertical; the selling point is at the boiling point.
Continuous small rise is true rise, continuous big pump you should exit.
Sudden fall with low volume is intimidation, gradual fall with higher trade volumes you should quickly withdraw.
Significant surge needs a pullback, don’t dig a deep pit, don’t buy heavily.
